2. Your Mouth produces over 25,000 quarts of saliva in a lifetime, which is enough to fill two swimming pools. Which is good, because saliva is your teeth’s best friend.

7. An average person spends 38.5 days brushing their teeth over their lifetime. That’s over a month of brushing your teeth all day, every day, without sleeping. If that seems like too much time to spend brushing your teeth in your life, and you decide to quit brushing your teeth to save time, you must weigh that time against how long you’ll spend trying to chew a steak without teeth.
