Soft Food Diets Leading to Weak Jaws
If you are reading this, then it is very likely you are a human sitting at a computer sometime in the 21st century. If this is the case, then you are very likely eating a diet that consists of soft things, and some things that are so soft you can basically just swallow them whole and chew them with your throat on the way down. When you combine the threat of soft foods with fatty and sugary foods; you get a triple threat of unhealthiness.
But to be honest, we are eating doughnuts while we write this.
Sure, no one likes chewing a bone or gnawing on a stringy, tough steak. But sadly, the homo-sapian mouth and jaw bones have been chewing on uncomfortably hard things for millions of years, but now that we have such incredible control over our environment, we have slowly gone from eating an entire animal, to eating things like burgers, which pretty much come pre-chewed by machines. Many people survive without any teeth at all, and just get fed a liquid diet like an inept baby.
Like Justin Beiber for example.

As a result, our jaws have no reason to strengthen and grow – so there is a host of small underdevelopment issues that cause crowding and other problems like teeth grinding, fatigue, headaches, and migraines. So just remember, if you end up chowing down on a steak that is a little tougher than you would like it to be, and it is causing your jaw muscles to become a little sore, don’t fret; you might just be doing yourself a favour.
